Ophthalmology　116：2422-9, 2009文献1348邦ではまれであり，その病態理解が徹底されてはいない。この診療ガイドラインは本疾患の周知および注意喚起の意味合いもある。ガイドラインがある事実を頭に入れておけば，目の前の患者が上記のいずれかの所見を有していた場合に，ガイドラインに立ち返ることで，診断の助けになると考えられる。一方で，本疾患自体の周知が不足していることから，本邦における本当の頻度についてはまだ不明である。今後，ガイドラインを作成した調査研究班を中心に日本における頻度やその特徴についてデータ収集を行い，ガイドラインのアップデートを含めた再検討を行う予定である。今後の展望
